Join the Air Medical Operators Association

The Air Medical Operators Association (AMOA) is a diverse group of aviation operators working together to set the industry standard for safe air medical transportation.

Membership in AMOA is open to any air medical helicopter and/ or fixed-wing aircraft operator holding a valid FAA Part 135 Air Carrier Certificate and operations specifications for air medical transport operations and dedicated to our safety commitment.

Benefits of Membership:

Industry Voice.

By joining AMOA, your organization gains a voice among air medical operators as we improve the vital services we provide and promote the continuance of a federal aviation legal and regulatory framework in support of safe and accessible air medical transportation.

Industry Leadership.

As an AMOA member, your organization has a place on the Board of Directors—executive level participants that share their aviation and business expertise. AMOA collaborates with industry organizations, such as Association of Air Medical Services and Helicopter Association International, while maintaining direct communication with government agencies and appropriate Congressional members and oversight committees on matters related to air carrier operations.

Safety Commitment.

AMOA members work together to ensure safe air medical transportation. The Aviation Safety Committee provides a forum where safety initiatives and procedures are openly discussed, best practices shared, and procedures standardized to provide a seamless continuity to aviation safety initiatives. As a member, your safety officer or equivalent position within your organization has a place on the Committee.
